01 · No email, no long passwords.
Easy login
Each worker logs in with their employee number and a 6-digit PIN from any phone. If they forget the PIN, HR resets it.
02 · Their course, their progress and what is left.
Everyone knows what is next
On login they see what is pending, what is done, their current certificates and their points. A 4-minute assessment adapts explanations and reviews to how they learn.
03 · Real cases, not theory.
Practice with your plant
Exercises with situations from their own workstation and an explanation for every answer, so learning sticks instead of being memorized.
04 · The test that really matters.
The supervisor signs off on the job
Once the online part is done, the supervisor observes the worker at their station and marks each criterion as pass or fail. Critical criteria are flagged separately.
05 · With a QR code, for any audit.
Verifiable certificates
Every passed course generates a certificate with a verification code and QR. Workers can view it in their record and add it to LinkedIn.

Do we need to install an app?
No. Mintaka runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Do workers need an email address?
No. They can log in with their employee number and a 6-digit PIN; email login is also available.
Can we upload the courses we already have?
Yes, if they are SCORM 1.2. We can also design them from scratch based on your procedures.
How is a certificate verified?
Every certificate has a code and a QR that lead to its verification page at mintakalms.com.
