What do workers need to log in?
A phone with a browser. They log in with their employee number and a 6-digit PIN, no email required.
Is it audit-ready?
Yes. Every passed course generates a verifiable certificate with a QR code, and the supervisor's sign-off is recorded criterion by criterion.
