Blade inspection for wind turbines with drones and AI.

We inspect all four sides of every blade, analyze thousands of photos with artificial intelligence, and a specialist confirms every finding. You receive a clear report per turbine to plan maintenance.

  • Human technical review
  • Your company's criteria
  • No travel fees

Why drones

Less downtime, less riskand better data.

Less downtime

The drone covers the entire blade without rigging rope access, so the turbine gets back to generating sooner.

No one climbs the blade

The visual inspection is done from the air. Work at height is reserved for the repairs that truly need it.

Comparable data

Every finding is located and photographed, so you can track how it evolves from one inspection to the next.

Method

Five stages,one clear, consistent method.

  1. SafetyTurbine stopped and locked out per your site procedure, together with your operations team.
  2. FlightFour passes per blade: leading edge, trailing edge, pressure side and suction side.
  3. AI analysisAI reviews every original photo in sections so damage of just a few millimeters is not missed.
  4. Technical reviewA specialist confirms, corrects or rejects every finding and assigns its severity.
  5. ReportOne report per turbine, with photos, locations and a maintenance plan.

Artificial intelligence

AI proposes.A specialist decides.

A single turbine produces thousands of high-resolution photos. Our vision model reviews them all and flags the areas that need attention, so the specialist spends their time deciding, not searching.

Damage types we look for:

  • Leading edge erosion
  • Surface crack
  • Structural crack
  • Coating damage
  • Lightning strike
  • Localized damage
  • Oil leak
  • Protective film damage
  • Dirt and contamination

Artificial intelligence report

One reportper turbine.

It is built automatically from the findings the AI detected and the specialist confirmed. Designed so your maintenance team can decide fast: urgent items first, and every detail one click away.

  • Executive summary with the turbine's condition index and priority actions.
  • Findings map per blade: side, zone and distance from the root.
  • A sheet for every finding with the original photo, close-up, severity and recommendation.
  • Complete table exportable to your maintenance system.
  • Trend versus the previous inspection, with a suggested maintenance plan.
  • All original photos, organized by turbine, blade and side.

FAQ

What clients ask most.

Does the turbine need to be stopped?

Yes. The inspection is done with the turbine stopped and locked out according to your site's safety procedure, coordinated with your operations team.

Does artificial intelligence replace the technician?

No. AI reviews every photo and proposes possible damage so nothing is missed; a specialist confirms, corrects or rejects every finding before it goes into the report.

Which severity criteria do you use?

Your company's or the turbine manufacturer's. We do not invent scales: the report classifies every finding with the criteria you already use to plan maintenance.

What happens to the photos and data from my wind farm?

They are confidential: we handle them as agreed with your company and hand them over in full at the end of the project.

How long does each turbine take?

It depends on the turbine model, the weather and the number of units. The proposal includes a per-turbine schedule, confirmed with a test flight at your site.

Do you charge travel expenses if the wind farm is remote?

No. We cover all of Mexico and the United States with no travel fees: the price in the proposal is the total cost.
